Hey guys, am working with a Beckhoff coupler BK 3120 that has an analog input bus terminal (KL 3062). This terminal is connected to a pressure sensor Pfeiffer Vacuum PBR 260 (manual in zip file). The Beckhoff coupler is connected to a PLC S7-1500 (CPU 1516-3). The software I am using is Tia Portal V18. KL 3062 has input channels and 422KF3/1 is used to calculate the VG Pressure This sensor is connected to a valve which in turn is connected to a rotary pump. The pump creates the vacuum. I tried to convert the analog input signal into VG Pressure and the calculated valuse is appr. 683 hPa (683mbar). However when I connected the sensor directly to a pressure measurement unit, the value displayed was 19 Pa. Its clear I have done soemthing wrong with my conversion. My supervisor suggested I need to change the pressure voltage relationship to logarithmic. Can some one help me? I have also attached a zip file that contains the images and also the required documents. Attachmentzip_1.zip (183 Downloads) |
