Hi People how are you, I have a MindConnect IoT2040 device, I was trying to connect it to mindsphere from a Siemens corporate network, but was facing some issues with the network (that I can explain latter), somebody told me that it was a firmware issue so I downloaded the firmware from a siemens site ( https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109745562 ). After a successful firmware update, the device restarted with the same network issue, after a few minutes, I tried to change the settings by connecting a USB with a config file, however, after the device tries to add those settings, the USER led blinks red and an error message is added in the file uploaded to the USB, the message is: "Couldn't parse JSON Web Token. Got invalid JSON Web Token. Failed to find header." Did I install the wrong file? How can I fix that and be able to change the settings? All settings that I change are downloaded from here: "https://em-tr-sat.apps.mindsphere.io/mindspheremanager/", I don't know a way to connect directly to the IoT2040 or a command line or any interface to see which is the error or check the settings in the device, I would like one, but all I have is some leds blinking and a lot of frustration. |
