Heating and Cooling Circuit ANALOG OUTPUT case.

Hello, I would like some help on a Heating - Cooling System: HEATING OPERATION:30 C -> 12 VOLTS80 C -> 0 VOLTSI have connected a QAM212040 sensor in the analog input AI1.In the analog output AQ1 I have connected a Circulator with an inverter.I would like the Circulator to function (when the water reaches the 30 Celsiustemperature) with the MAX operation “12” VOLTS and in the case whenthe water reaches the 80 Celsius temperature the Circulator must stop functioning(MIN operation “0” VOLTS).The “same” case should happened in a COOLING OPERATION With the following parameters :30 C -> 0 VOLTS80 C -> 12 VOLTS.I have worked on a circuitin aHEATING OPERATIONmode. The problem is that my output is DIGITAL not ANALOG.Is there a way to convert it from digital to analog? Maybe a PI usage? hello panos i think you can use an expansion module (LOGO! AM 2 AQ)or to drive the inverter with digital by the programmable inputs of the inverter |
