HMI KTP 400 basic - could remote control this HMI by using sm@rt access in TIA Portal?

I have just contact with Siemens ,,,seem too expensive for a License of Sm@rt access for basic panel as KTP 400 basic 2nd ....more than buy a comfort KTP 400 ,,,, I just want to remote HMI from my Pump 5km.with ON/OFF ...so very difficult to make it ...I try use an another way as use Indusoft web, or Web UX of winCC or team View but not success and i have to sue a computer for do it....with HMI could remote ,,,everything will easy more than biuld a mini scada... Could you help me find an other way ? Thank you Best regard !...
