How to DO instruction convert to S7-Program?

Hello Expert,

I have simatic S5 program with DO instruction, how to convert this program to S7?

003B      :C   DB  51    -DB 51
003C      :DO  FW 200
003D      :L   DW   0
003E      :C   DB  50    -DB 50
003F      :T   DW 156   
0040      :L   DW 105   
0041      :T   FW 200

i want to know how to replace ( DO) instruction from s5 to s7 i tried to follow this link but this page not found 

please tell me how to convert it 

and also i want to convert constant KM which refers to a binary constant how to convert it to s7

or how to insert a binary value to tia portal

Explanation of S5 Instructions

1. :C DB 51- Open Data Block 51.
2. :DO FW 200- Use the value from FW 200 (Double Word) as an offset to the start of the current DB and transfer the content to the accumulator.
3. :L DW 0- Load the value from DW 0 (Double Word) of the current DB into the accumulator.
4. :C DB 50- Open Data Block 50.
5. :T DW 156- Transfer the value from the accumulator to DW 156 of the current DB.
6. :L DW 105- Load the value from DW 105 of the current DB into the accumulator.
7. :T FW 200- Transfer the value from the accumulator to FW 200 (Double Word)

Equivalent S7 Instructions

FW ( flag word ) converts to MW ( memory word) in S7

And DW is a ( data word ) but DD is a ( data double word)
