How we can connect the same graphic object to many addresses in Wincc 7.2?

How we can connect the same graphic object to many addresses? for example: I have different  motors, when I clic on any one a picture opened wich have a control swich (Open/ Close).

In step 7 there is one output Q for each motor. What is the C code  to do this operation in Wincc V7.2??

I try to explain it briefly. I don't know your knowledge of WinCC, so maybe I forget to explain things or explain what you already know.

I don't think you need any C code to provide this. It's already a part of Graphics Designer as "Tag Prefix".

Let's say you have 3 pumps which you want to start and stop (set and reset same Q bit). In Tag Management you name these tags for instance:

• Motor1_OpenClose (Binary Tag)
• Motor2_OpenClose (Binary Tag)
• Motor3_OpenClose (Binary Tag)

In Graphics Designer you create a *.pdl ("Control.pdl") with your switch. Link this switch to the tag "_OpenClose" (so without Motor1). After clicking OK you will get a warning that this tag does not exist. Ignore this.

In your picture window where your motors are shown, you insert 3 picture windows all linked to "Control.pdl". As object name of these picture windows, you can name them Motor1, Motor2 and Motor3. All these picture windows must be closable and at foreground.

At the miscellaneous section of each picture window you will find the Tag Prefix function. Fill in Motor1 for picture window "Motor1" etc.

To show these picture windows, select the graphic item which have to be clicked. Go to the Events tab - mouse - mouse click.

Insert the following VB script:

HMIRuntime.ActiveScreen.ScreenItems("Motor1").Visible = True

This is basically it.

It's clear but it dosn't work exactly. the tag "_OpenClose" still unknown.

another thing, when I have a lot of motors I need a lot of picture windows!!

I have a project with C code with the insruction SetSwitchOpen but I want to understand it to use in my personal project.

Like others said too: The keywords are Tag Prefix and 1 pdl for all pumps. 

I don't know about your C code, Tag Prefixing is also possible with C. Maybe you can share this code so we can have a look.
