Logo! 8.4 and Sentron PAC2200 (via Modbus)

It seems like there is another bug with the new 8.4 version of the logo.

I'm trying to recover datas from a Sentron PAC2200, using modbus communications.

To ensure I have done everything right, I even followed this tutorial :

Instead of the logo 8.3, I use the logo 8.4, and instead of the PAC3200, the PAC2200. That said, modbus register of both PAC are the same.

Unfortunately, the values don't seem to be read correctly by the logo 8.4, as it displays 0 for each of them. If I connect a logo 8.3 with the exact same program (just, hardware specification has been modified from the 8.4 to the 8.3), then, it works properly.

Any help (or confirmation..) will be much appreciated.

I made a test with my LOGO! 8.4 as Modbus client and a EATON easyE4 as Modbus server.

Same problem, the communication don't work.

I made also the test with my other LOGO! 8.3 and works it without problems. It seems, that the LOGO! 8.4 has a problem with Modbus connections.

Yes, I did. But nothing that can solve my problem actually.

I was advised to proceed to further analysis, using a managed switch, port forwarding, and register a trace of the communication between Logo and PAC2200. And forward this trace to the support service for investigations. So, one must say they don't have any solution yet.

And as far as I'm concerned, I did not have the time to do it until yet (and must say, this should be the job of the support to analyse, not mine, as they confirmed everything was configured properly).
