LogoSoft Error "unable to access the remote device"

I tried to send my program to the logo, but logo soft always displayed the error "unable to access the remote device". Logo soft shows the IP of the logo to be 192.168.0.3 and when the PCs IP address is set to 192.168.0.2 I can ping the logo. I've tried both ethernetports on the laptop directly to the logo and both ethernetports and Wi-Fi to a switch/router and then to the logo. With the switch I tried a static IP and DHCP. ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 34150 Rating: (4254)	I'm assuming that your LSC version is V8.2.x or even older. Your LOGO! is the current LOGO! 8.3. For this you need LSC V8.3. You can download the upgrade to V8.3 here: Download for LOGO! 8.3 Software Upgrade The download is subject to an export restriction. To do this, you have to expand your registration. Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?
