Not able to Upload project from S7-315T CPU

I keep facing this problem no matter what. I have a machine controlled by an S7-315T CPU and Sinamics S120 drives. When I wanted to upload the project with Step7 V5.6, I would scan the accessible nodes(I tried both MPI and Profibus networks), find the CPU and try to upload the project to my PG/PC. I would get prompt to type the password and I would do so successfully without any prompt of a wrong password. However, after that it starts the uploading step but it keeps hanging at this step forever without any progress. I tried to wait for very long times without any single block being uploaded. This is the first time I would encounter such an incident and that's my first time to attempt an upload from a technology CPU. 

A note that maybe worth mentioning, I tried once to access the program blocks from accessible nodes without uploading the whole project, and I successfully managed to monitor the blocks.

I would like to know if the S7 technology package has something to do with it. My PG/PC has Starter V5.3 installed(which has the complete project of the S120 Drive system). I know that I can't install S7 technology while Starter is installed.

Is there something that I'm missing here?

 Thank you for your contribution. 

But I haven't uploaded a single FB, DB...etc. The upload process keeps pending without a progress. Usually, if a software package/library is required to be installed to successfully upload a specific project, we would get prompted a message of the missing package/library. But in this case no message was prompted.

Do I have to uninstall starter and install S7-technology to upload the blocks?

No it's not. I know it doesn't make any sense to try to upload it without having the right hardware support package. But usually I would depend on the prompt of the missing package to identify what is missing in my installation. But I didn't get any message as I said earlier. 

I couldn't install S7-technology since I have Starter installed. Shall I uninstall Starter and install S7-technology?
