Process is constantly stopping but the PLC is not going to stop.

Only the machinery stops, the operator clears the alarms, starts the machine again and that's it until it stops again, this can happen 3 times in a day. The failures reflected in the diagnosis are: Area length error when reading 16#2522; FC62 not loaded. But the FC is in the program 16#2522 ... when an address is being used that is not completely within the possible address area. Example: MW 320 must be read although the memory area is only 256 bytes long. FC not loaded 16#253c; FC 62 AND FC 40 (ONLY FC62 IS IN THE PROGRAM) DB not loaded16#253A; DB17 (not in the program) FC 62 (if in the program) What could be happening? How can I solve this error? The PLC is S7-400 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from I/O access error when updating the process image input table leaving state. But the FC is in the program You need be careful here and try read again your statement, especially last sentence. There is clear info in diag buffer that FC62 isn't loaded inside PLC so your statement that FC62 is inside program is probably wrong. I expect you look at prj tree (offline) and see there FC62 but this is different case. No one knows if also FC62 is loaded inside PLC so it is then easy to go Online to PLC and check if FC62 is really there, you can be then maybe surprised that it isn't and you then understand. Same about other events and missing components from program blocks. This is first steps you need to do. Your situation is like you have a car, your manual to car says that it has lights but you don't have bulbs there inside. You believe that all is in manual clear but car lights doesn't work, you still don't understand to this but you still didn't check if bulbs are there exactly.
