I believe you talk about the old touch and web and not Desigo Control Point.

If I am correct please check the following documents, they will help you to setup the alarm routing.

In the document CM111029en_06 is noted (Chapter 2.8):

Commission alarm routing with PX Web (see the PX Web configuration guide).

thank you for the response. I have tried the steps in the manuals, however the DNS entry box is still greyed out - there is just no way of entering the DNS server address?
