RFG is giving negative speed reference

Hi,

we are facing a problem in sinamics s 120 drive  that We are giving positive speed reference from PLC in starter set point is positive, but after RFG speed reference is negative and motor is moving in reverse direction,

to resolve we are recyling control unit power for some time it is running ok but again we are facing same problem.

not able to find out How RFG is giving negative reference.
