Ring counter

Hallo everybody, It's the first time that I write on this forum so I shortly introduce myself.
I am Roberto and I write from Genoa, Italy.

It's now about a couple of weeks I've discovered Logo and his development software.
So I have decided to try to me in its programming.
First, I have to tell that I haven't still bought any Logo device and therefore the simulations have been made only on PC.

Now I come to my problem.
I need two 3 bit independent ring counter that shift the only active bit forward and backward in presence of the impulses (down edge triggered) generates from the cursor keys “left” and “right" (for a counter) and “up” and “down” (for the other counter).
At least one of these 3 bit ring counters should have moreover to become automatically a 2 bit ring counter in case of activation of a particular block (or input).
With the shift register of Logo I would partially have resolved.
The problem is that this registry is unique, therefore I can only implement a ring counter and for the second I am in truble.

Could anybody help me?

P.S. I have gone to leaf through the old electronics school books in order to see like a n-bit ring contatore was implemented with S-R type flip flop, I've tried to draw it with Soft Comfort but it doesn't work!
