Sentron Pac 4200 and Siemens Power Config, connection will not run automatically

Hi.

I'm trying to use a Sentron Pac 4200 in my business, so I downloaded Siemens Power Config. I opened the software and look for accessible devices, it founds my sentron Pac so I added this device to the project tree but that it says me that the action it's not possibble  "Please check the settings and ensure that the device is accessible via the given ways of communication!"

I read several manuals and all of them says that after the powerconfig found the sensor  the connection will run automatically.
