Speed control of a pump

Hello

I have a 4-20 mA signal from a process that will be used for the speed control of a pump 

P0756= 2 ( 0-20 mA) input

P0757= 4 mA ( x1)

P0758= 0%

P0759= 20 mA ( x2)

P0760= 100%

Will this configuration do the job? Is it neccesary to use P761 = 4 ( dead zone?
