Dear Billing, First of all this is to inform you that MLFB given by you is changed to new MLFB i.e. 4EP36 01-3DS00. Secondly, these are Communtationreactors not output reactors. After going through its LV catalogue ( Chapter 2 is attached for your refernce also) it is found that the rated current of reactors are 14Amp and Imax thermal should be less than 16A and Idc should not be more than 20A. Please check if all these currents in your application is inline with the above data, this could b one of the reason of heating. Secondly, please check the permissible ambient for the place where the reactors are istalled. 4EP offers class B insulation @ 40 Deg C. That means you can get the temp rise of atleast 70-80 Deg C on this ambient temp. Also please check where these reactors have been installed .... Is it just below the Converter i.e. converter Fan might be contibuting the heating of these reactors.
