TP170A Alarm of Memory card

Good day. Sometimes have error appears on the display. After that process stoped. Memory card is missing on panel. Can you help, what's problem?

First of all, I would like to tell you that since this is a discontinued display my knowledge is not very extensive but I would like to ask you the following:

- I understand that you have correctly inserted the card in the panel, right?

- Have you tried with other different cards to see if the same thing happens?

- I would recommend resetting the panel to factory defaults and restarting it to see if the same message keeps popping up.

When I input the CF card, do I need to write the path to it?

I´m not sure but a TP170A does not have the funktionality for logs and also not for recipes so nothing you would need an esternal memory card for on a common HMI Panel like this.

could it be that the internal flash memory is damaged because of its age...

Does the panel work if the error message comes up? or does it work only if you reboot and start without the error message?

When does the error message appear exactly?
