wincc application communicating with s5 time/date

darkmatter Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have a new instaled wincc application communicating with s5 plc simatic 155h through a cp5431 but the time shown in the wincc is not correct.The time/date displayed is not the "pc windows time" it is the time from the 155h plc, I think. How to adjust the time/date, please help immediately. thanks darkmatter

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, to tell you the truth, I doubt that this is the Time of the PLC. The Issue is that I guess that this a matter of how the communication takes place. In case of OPC for example the timestamp generated is made by the OPC Server. The S5 does usually not provide any timestamp information while sending FDL or DP Telegrams at all. Best regards J_Bell

darkmatter Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	In fact there is a method to adjust the time for 155h cpu 948 using ob150 and it is written in the manual but it didnot work for me. Any one knows about this.
