The ability to do that requires consideration of a number of parameters: size of the motor, the amount of heat to be dissipated, actual motor geometry affecting the air flow, and a number of other parameters. "Any" Siemens motor varies greatly in each one of those parameters. Cooling requirement is designed with the motor: it is not calculated of some master formula or a chart.
