Can't online monitor TIA v3

Now FC OB NOT ABLE TO MONITOR BUT SYSTEM OB FB ABLE TO MONITOR ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Can't online monitor program in s7-300 TIA v14.

Now FC OB NOT ABLE TO MONITOR BUT SYSTEM OB FB ABLE TO MONITOR After migration, did you download the hardware and software to the PLC? If you only migrated, then you can't monitor.

"Tia portal v3" -- I do not know this one. Partial monitor ability? hmmmm ... I would love to see a screen grab of that. Are any of the code password protected by any chance? Are the online status for each code block a green circle in the project tree?
