Buttons Not Working in WinCC Unified v19

Hello yasser1365 Do you have some more information for us in order to help you? -> are you able to change values in IO fields on your HMI? so is the connection to the PLC OK? Which functinality do you use exactly on the Buttons? do you use the latest Update for V19? Bye Murof

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/12/2025 Posts: 16409 Rating: (1935)	Hello yasser1365 It could also be that it is a user managment reason .-> Check that your currently logged in user is NOT in the role "HMI Monitor Client": If the logged in user has this role you will see also a colored frame around the screen in Runtime and you cannot change values because its only a "monitor" authorization You can also check this with an IO Field (if you enter a new value -> it flashes red and the old values is in again) bye Murof
