Connection Establishment Error in WinCC Unified PLC and S7 1214C CPU

I am using S7 1214C CPU with firmware version 4.6, Unified PC and TIA portal V19 for my project. I am going to use same PC as engineering PC and Server PC. I have created Root Certificates and tried to connect with the PLC. I have followed the below link to do that. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109806850/settings-for-communication-with-wincc-unified-pc-runtime?dti=0&lc=en-BO But still it says that "Timeout while establishing the connection to @6%s@" in my alarm page.
