Good morning Felipe, We are a group of electricity students and we are interested in some information since we are in the process of carrying out an innovation project. I hope you can help us, we want to know the electrical connection between the RS485 and the IOT 2050 Siemens, we want to connect a weather station and you may also have some interesting ideas. Could you also tell us where you got the connection data sheet and if you have some information that may be help to us, we appreciate it. Hey Ana, this is the assignment of the RS 485 port on the IOT2050:
Please refer to the operating instructions oft the IOT2050 and to the technical details of your weather station to connect the correct pins. You also need to configure the X30 COM Interface to RS 485 with the iot2050setup tool on your IOT2050 (a power-cycle is needed for the changes to take effect.). Maybe this video is also helpful for you. Your interface is then be accessible over /dev/ttyUSB0 on IOT2050 Advanced and /dev/ttyS2 on IOT2050 Basic. BR |
