WinCC Unified localhost refused to connect

What version of WinCC Unified (TIA Portal) is installed on your system? Which version of the WinCC Unified PC Runtime is installed? Have you been able to download the project to the runtime? Have you looked into the SIMATIC Runtime Manager? Can you see the project there, and is it running? Kind regards Stefan

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/12/2025 Posts: 16409 Rating: (1935)	Hello xuan thinh_nguyen le check with https://localhost and also with https://[IPaddress] (use of course you IP address ;-) ) If there is also the same error as in your screenshot then the Unified Website does not run. Open the IIS (internet Information server) and check if the Unified Website is installed at the Websites and also if it is Running state. If not then Check if you have installed the Unified PC RT and if you have set up the configuration: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109806850 Bye Murof
