1. Does Siemens provide updates for the Debian Linux OS ?
2. How frequent are these updates ?
3. How can we download and install those updates on the device ?

you can find an overview of the different functional states of the IOT2050 here.

We provide updates for the IOT2050 (Firmware Version & IOT2050 Example Image) not regularly but approximately annually!

You can find the files with an overview on our Download Page.

To install the Example Image please follow the steps from the pinned post - How to set up IOT2050 with Example Image.
