We have an OEM piece of equipment with SIMATIC DP, CPU 1510SP-1 PN CPU and SIMATIC ET 200SP, CM PTP comm module. The end user wants to communicate with the equipment via BACnet MS/TP. I've read about Siemens BACnet Gateway Module but can't seem to find it in the industry mall. Would this be the most effective way to communicate with a BACnet MS/TP protocol?

your careful look need to be pointed to expected HW cfg from what you want connection to realise. In case that no other option you have, you need have some Gateway that convert some available protocol and interface at PLC side (PN, PB, other  type) to BACnet expected system. This is general advice to you, you can easy check also web for exact type of Gateways in this case.
