MODE input with 16#00 in byte 3 means the MOD blocks in @ Charts have determined the device has a channel error. Are you using a Profinet CFU or a Profibus DP/PA link (and AFD) or something else? regarding: The flow meter was checked and no issues found. Was that through PDM, and no errors or faults and the device is fully supported (correct optional EDD, etc.)? |

MODE is DWORD you want 16#80 at the front. 16#01 at the end means it's an analog pa device. Have a look at the "annex for channel blocks" section of the manual "Mode settings for field devices". Sorry no link at the moment. When healthy it should be something like: 16#80010001 = Value status "valid value", restart has been carried out, PA device with analog input Are you sure the correct gsd and/or edd was used and pdm connects and can read no faults? |
