I have a problem with HMI panel MP 277  8"   . when I turn on hmi this page appears and HMI stays in this page for ever. how can I fix it? is there any way to factory reset at this situation?

or is there any USB Recovery file for this HMI?

In this case there is a problem with the O.S. of the panel. The only way to solve it it's to perform a reset to factory settings with prosave. You will find how to do it in the next FAQ:

You can perform Factory Reset from Prosave program.Serial  Via USB-PP cable  If you have, you can make Factory reset easier
