I dont mention that in CPU diag. buffer for all Profibus devices I get error new IO access error....

Simply disabling the Profibus connection to the "other 3 slaves" will not change the I/O access error. This happens when your programmed functions attempt to connect to addresses reserved for the missing slaves (amongst other causes).

On both sides are siemens profibus connectors (CM module and net analyzer). On both ends, we connect pins 3 and 8, other pins are not connected. 

I already mention that the cable is not original profibus (purple) cable.

I tried to turn on and off termination resistors, nothing chaged, still the same problem.

Today I was on site.

Electricians change cable and put original profibus cable. Problem exist.

Then, I delete from hw config Universal module x 5 for net analyzer. After that....Problem solved :-)

Then I include other 3 devices, which are KSB pump drive 2. In the online diagnostics for CM, they are not visible. Electricians will check the wiring in the next few days....

Hello again.

After checking cables, we noticed that contact on ksb pumps was bad. Between conector and ksb profibus module. Than make better cables and conectors, and pumps starts to work, but than net analyzer lost connection. Than I get back profibus cable in CM module to first port (as I draw in attached picture in one of previous post) and turn on termination. Viola...everithings works perfect!
