From Simatic Batch to CFC, you have the param blocks to get the variable. 

Then from the CFC level, you can use the param you get from the batch , transfer to SFC instance or SFC type (input). 

Now it depends on what "high-level system" you have, to communicate with Simatic Batch and do the order creation. 

Without detail study yet, what I think it is possible to be realized.
