communication not established between D425 and TP700 COMFORT

nesrine.tn Experienced Member Joined: 1/20/2011 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	HELLOO, i have an D425-2PN/DP communicate with IM151-3 and TP700 COMFORT by Profinet i haven't the original project . After uploading D425-2PN/DP , i download it to an other D425 having the same configuration and for TP700 , i take the backup from the first panel and restore it to the second panel i make the same name profinet and IP adress , but the panel can't communicate with D425 , however i can see it by accessible node . i use TIA V13 SP2 how can i resolve this issue ? help me please !!! bests regarards

So you have activated a view if the system alarms in an alarm View on the Panel? Is it possible to ping the D425 from the Panel (you can use the command prompt in the WinCe for a Ping test)? Bye Murof
