Hello.

(1) I have selected "Reject cookies".

(2) The tracking that is allowed is sharing information with a third party. 

For clarity I make a screen capture of the relevant information that was published in the notice which you linked to.

You will find that service provider mentioned in the screen capture from my original query. No "essential" tracking should be active for 730 days.
