Hello According by manual, the time interval for triggering the datalog should be 500 ms or longer to avoid losing data. But I was interested in how fast the datalogger can store data. So I made a program with two pulse generators, one of which is program cycle based (pulse generator C). The other one is made with an asynchronous pulse generator block (pulse generator P), which can generate pulses with a frequency of 100 Hz. The frequency and the number of pulses of both pulse generators were recorded, e.g. datalogger reads two threshold triggers, two counters, flags M9 to M16 and analog flag AM1. I tried the program working in several ways: without microSD card, with 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB memory card. I triggered the datalog with pulse generator C and also P. The tests lasted a short time, exactly 10 seconds. With and without memory card. All readings of counter P were recorded when triggering 100 times per second (except when there was no memory card). In the case of the cycle-based triggering, some readings of counter C were not recorded, presumably when the data were written to the memory card. The frequency of the cycle-based pulse generator depended quite a lot on whether the data was logged or not, whether the LOGOSoftComfort online connection (monitoring) was open or whether controllers webpage was open. The program has been tested on a real 12/24V controller (6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1). In simulation I had much lower numbers (maybe it depends on the speed of the computer itself). The programme consists of around 20 active blocks (43 "blocks" in total, including x-connectors, etc.).
