Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Dear friends , i'm working in Protool 6 SP 2, when compile appear this error: E3499 Error interno: no se han recibido datos de ProTool para instancias PT (17,10,-1). Solution?

There must be some selections in ProTool. Open, save and close your project. Now integrate ProTool again to Step7 and open your project again. Now your problem could be solved. Good luck Frank

I was work on the project for 4 days and it was working oke, en for no reason it is not working anymore???????? But a colleague told me that the best way to repair the project is to send it to the "Technical Support". So here the link to open a Support Request. http://www.siemens.com/automation/Support-Request Please don't forget: Within the "help text" you posted that you have to made a note of the text output.
