Error upon accessing file when download from ProTool to MP270B

kjanda75 Member Joined: 9/16/2015 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I've got a problem with downloading ProTool application to MP270B. The error message says: Error upon accessing file (Host): File 'FWDIAGHANDLER.DLL' not found! I'm using Simatic ProTool/Pro CS 6.0 SP2. There is no problem if I try to download "simple" project with a screen and few animations only. Problem starts when I add more complex elements like "Unit view", "Step view". Should I install SP3 or the problem is somewhere else?

olivia9051 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have also faced this same problem while downloading from the ProTool and I have directly contacted with brother tech support and they provide some few suggestions and following one of those you may fix your problem.
