We have a 75 kw Micromaster 440 drive , Today a fault f0002 is coming continuously in it, and we are unable to reset it. All the parameters are ok and supply voltage is also in within the limit.

What is the reason behind it? Is it's control card have any problem?

did you checked actual Dc-link voltage with multimeter and compare it with actual voltage measured by drive (r26)? There could something wrong in measuring of DC-link voltage inside drive.

drive have fault f002 when the weather is raining 

we check:

1-input voltage was ok 

2-cable insulation were checked  and we didn't find any problem

Hi, the clue here may be weather related. The insulation has been checked and found servicable, however checking insulation of motors and cables requires some test equipment generating some 1200 Volts at least, with the capacity to measure leakage.

Practically, disconnect the motor cable at the inverter drive and see if the F0002 goes away, then connect the cable and disconnect at the motor and check again, the fault may be in the motor.

High voltage DC Link tripps can be created by a fault connection between a line to the motor and the cable screen. This creates a capacitance which will feed back to the DC Link, creating the high Voltage.

If after checking the previous recommendations the fault is still there, this may be a useful diagnostic, especially with reference to the ‘rain’ effect.
