At first it was my first idea using s7-200 to be able to create different subroutines, unfortunately the final cost would have been too hi, after all this is a chinese machine remember.

So what I've done so far is leave that sequence as in the circuit to operate the first cycle as the first poster suggested ending that cycle by itself, and every other cycle initiated by the sensors so if no bottles are present no more cycles will run.

It's not pretty but it seems to work in the simulation, remains to be seen if it will in reality.
