I would like to use Option+ Manager to can download data from a MP370 panel to a PC, and I was reading the documentation, but some things are not clear for me.

The panel runs a WinCC Flexible 2008 application, and in the settings of the device, I see that I can use sm@rtaccess or service, sm@rtserver html pages, sm@rtaccess web server (SOAP), sm@rtaccess Simatic HMI HTTP server and function as OPC Server.

Which option should I choose to can use Option+ Manager.

For testing, I have selected all of them.

Also in the WinCC project I have created a test user with a password in runtime security settings.

In another computer, I have installed Option+ manager. I have added a new panel. her I set the test user and the password that I add in the WinCC Flexible project.

Also,I have created a new group and configure the download block and I started it.

But I get and error that the user and password are incorrect.

So my dount is, which service I need in the panel to can connect with Option+ Manager and where I have to set the user and password that I have to use in Option+ Manager?

I found a example project for a Comfort TP1200 panel in this URL: Option+ with TP1200

But I have the same problem. If I don't run the project, Iget the error sending the request. If I run the first panel of the project, I get the error that the username or password are incorrect.

I have add a user in the management of users in the first panel, for circular log file. And I have added another user in security settings, that is global configuration, for the whole project, that is applied for the two panels.

So I still don't know how to add a user to can connect and how to configure Option+ Manager to can access.
