You can get program from PLC smart ( if no password protected)

You cannot get program from Smart screen ( you need contact your machine provider )

If anybody know that these comments are wrong please write comment.

I appreciate the help. If I can't get the program of the SmartLine I may be in trouble. I've asked the supplier for it but was denied so far. Continuing to push on them and request it. 

I suppose the only other option is to completely recreate it? is it possible to get any information from a .psb backup file to be used in generating a new HMI file?

I am just praying the PLC is not password protected, but it quite possibly can be, and then I'll be locked out of all the equipment I bought without completely re-engineering it which is pretty disheartening to hear.  Lets hope I can at least get into the PLC.
