Hello The digital input works after using the FC451 depassivation function . I can control the discrepancy time and set the reaction type ( or , and ..) The problem is when we swap the second module the FB453 ( RED_status) indicates ACTIVE_L=1 , ACTIVE_H=1 , CH_L = 1 , CH_H = 0 ( pic 7 ) and the first modules works fine BUT when swapping the first module the FB453 ( RED_status) indicates ACTIVE_L=1 , ACTIVE_H=1 , CH_L = 1 , CH_H = 0 ( pic 8 ) and the second module got passive !! and the input process image value holds true !! , which is quiet danger In our application where out of two DI one has two work . Regarding to analog inputs we are using MTA the drop voltage 1-5 volts on 250 0hm resistanece with 4-20 ma current flow . Actually for testing we are using two separate injectors for each module by applying 1-5 volt . The FB453 ( RED_status) indicates ACTIVE_L=1 , ACTIVE_H=1 CH_L = 1 , CH_H = 1 (pic 9 ) but no sense of redundancy . Please advise
