very sry, your infos looks to me very strange especially about 5s refresh. No detailed infos about PLC type and version, Siemens SW and project. I recommend ZIP screenshots from your HW cfg screen to see PB network, devices attached and screens with cfg of mentioned servo (I/O slots, address, speed, cfg,...). One most important screenshot I expect from Online state of CPU as screen about Cycle time where we can see relevant infos about your cycle time and longest also. On next new post you can attach also saved diagnostic buffer as txt file. This can be good start with diagnostic. So you have all relevant documentation to Servo, especially about Profibus control?
