We have a s7-1500 controlling a training setup where water gets pumped between two vessels, we're about to install an e+h flowmeter, and ordered a CM PTP RS422/485 BA module. The flowmeter runs in RS485 RTU slave mode.

Now I'm reading the manual for the ptp modules and see that the Basic module doesn't support master/slave mode. Are we still able to read out the flowmeter, or do we need to order the HF module to run the setup in master/slave mode?
