need help on OP7 project file opening error

REINE Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	hi to all,. is there anyone to help me on the OP7 project file opening problem??? i am using protool 6.0 sp2 on my loptop. now igot a project file of OP7 to do some changes on the program like to make new screen and to add alarms. the followingerror generates when i am openning protool project of OP7. " The project was created with protool version 1.X. In protool version 2.0 and later project are stored in single file. The directory having the project name is no longer required." AND TTHE SECOND ERROR IS: " The required device type is not supported by the protool version installed check" WAITING FOR REPLY.... regards

You don't need V1, you need V6.X and the upgrade-link given by Umencho Then read the other link by Wizard and convert the project to protool 6.X If still problems, you can attach the project so we can have a look at it.
