OS-Simulation is not working after updating to PCS7 9.0 SP2 UC3

Acutally i have the Problem, that the OS-Simulation ist not working after updating to PCS7 9.0 SP2 UC3, before everything was working fine. It's not possible to connect from WinCC to the AS. WinCC Channel is set to PLCSIM:TCPIP.1, AS loading works. Viewing Plans as well. Tried a lot of things, nothing helps. PLCSim -Release is 5.4.8.1 Any ideas?
