This shows you in the online test the values of: Input Ax = 25 Input Ay = -50 while not connected to a AI or an other analog block Output Ax-Ay = 75 75 in the output because the comparator works with this formula: Ax - Ay = 25 - -50 = 75

Set-up: Sensor PT100 range -50 to 200 degree (20degree=107,70 Ohm) ------------------------------------------------ SENSOR - no sensor ANALOGIC CONFIGURATION -min. -143 -max 1137 -gain 1,28 -offset -143 PDECIMAL POSITION 1 ------------------------------------------------ Please see pictures attached for any comment thanks for your support much appreciate best regards Attachment Screenshot 2024-12-09 103812.png (222 Downloads)

That makes no sense for me. The settings in the analog amplifiers B048 and B037are correct for using PT100/1000 sensors and AM2 RTD module and one decimal place for the display. But the setting in the B052 and B027 are wrong. You must not amplify in this blocks. Here must be the settings: - No sensor - Gain = 1.00 - Offset = 0 - Decimal place = 1

You think is better to add your setting to control the boiler? this safety thermostat trip the system for overheat, so I want to have a accurate value. what is your opinion?
