Ensure that your PC and software can handle the human language that the program was designed in. It is a fair chance guess that the program was originally designed in Chinese. 

It is not impossible that there is some software installation issue. The crash report should have some indication. You can ask for free support from Siemens if you are from an area where the SMART product range is sold. Use the "Support Request".
