I also have a problem with a S7 Connection. He is offline for 2 seconds, and then offline again for 2 seconds, over and over again. 

The setting in the PLC: "Permit acces with PUT/GET......" is switched on in both PLCs. Both PLCs are programmed with TIA V15 and both PLCs are S7-1500 PLCs. 

When we powercycle the PLC everything is working again. 

Has somebody an idea where the problem comes from? 

 if I could answer or give tips, permission for PUT/GET is expected on Server side generally. I see probbaly problem with your blocks cfg or handling them. Can you zip screenshots from your code with blocks (better in Online) and little description what you want read, how much from which PLC and if you did some cfg on both PLC pls set them PLC1 and PLC2 for better check.
