S7 + Siwarex MS Problem with zero

mark60243 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello I have problem with floating zero in Siwarex MS. When Turn on the CPU and Siwarex everything is ok HDI (touch panel) shows value 0, but in 2 hours value change to eg. 1,5 g. During this time nothing hapennd withscale - nothing change on it butmeasure weight is changing. How can I solve this problem? Best regards

Kpietak Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have the same problem ! , Siwarex MS with MP51 load cell from Sartorius (CPU 224XP and TP177 MIcro), Itested about 10 siwarex ms modules and about 10 load cells :/ Is zero tracking really bad in siwarex ms ? Please help us sollving this problem.... Kpietak

Daniel Schoenmakers Regular Member Joined: 1/25/2008 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	It is normal that after turning on the power the weigt is changing that isn't only at the siemens system, the system has to warm up. it is also important that you use an 6 wire system to compensate the resistand in the wires. Normal a few hoursaftherturning on the power you make the weight zero and it wil be steady. Regards Daniel.
