Since, as reported here, SIMATIC WinCC Flexible is not compatible with STEP 7 V5.7, are we supposed to expect a new update? It has been years from the last one (SP5) and, unfortunately, some customers are still using old HMI panels for legacy reasons. Best regards.

After contacting Siemens support I was advised to go into > Step7 Manager > Options > Customize > General > "Monitor application integrity". Disable this option. (See the attachment) After this, the HMI were visible again. Hopefully Siemens will release a WinCC Flexible 2008 update soon. Good Luck. Attachment Step7 V5.7.pdf (2463 Downloads)

I think there will be only an upd. I do not think they will plan a new version. Bye Murof
