SmartServer on the IPC (Windows 10) "No Input" issue

SIEMENS SmartServer is now used on the IPC, where UltraVNC was used for remote desktop connection. A remote connection to this IPC from a thin client in another hall is functional, but sometimes it happens that the mouse and keyboard control is blocked on the thin client ("No Input" triangle cursor). This blocking can then be released only after a complete restart of the IPC where the Smartserver is installed. This is not normal behavior. Is there any way to restore mouse and keyboard control from the client without restarting IPC?

I tryed to check Sm@rtClient from another IPC in the same IP range, but no success connection }connection rejected, SSL handshake failed. I have also tested UltraVNC client from anothed IPC in the same IP range - connection OK, but the mouse and keyboard control eas still blocked.

If you use a third party vnc viewer this could behave different to what it is made for. In Siemens ITCs there is a special channel for SmartServer access. if you access do you want to operate also on the IPC? if not you can enable the then a parallel operating is not possible and the force write functionality should not run. bye Murof

Normally it works OK - two VNC clients are connected OK, if one activates the keyboard or mouse, on the other a triangular cursor "No Input" appears. Then after a short time (set to 2s) the blocking is released - this is a normal function. Occasionally, mouse and keyboard control is permanently blocked on a client (triangular "No Input" cursor). This blocking can then only be released after a complete reboot of the IPC on which Smartserver is installed - this is not normal behaviour. Is there any way to then restore mouse and keyboard control from the client without restarting the IPC?
